Xochipilli Employee Housing
Xochipilli has provided housing for those employees from out of state or simply without a means to easily find their own apartment right away -- and for those visitors from other worlds, as well. The apartments are two bedroom, two bath affairs and come with simple furnishing and appliances. Overall they're very bland and boring, but residents are permitted to customize them to a reasonable extent.

The ground floor of the apartment building has no apartments. Instead there is a gym, several meeting rooms, several small offices, and lounge. There's a small pool behind the building. While the characters are usually roomed with others that can use magic together they are not informed of this. As far they know all of their roommates are normal Xochipilli employees.

Xochipilli Academy for Boys Housing
The dorms for students are single room dorms, two to a room, with 12 rooms on each floor. Each room has two beds, two desks (each with a lamp), two dressers, and one large closet to share. The floors are hardwood but otherwise the rooms are mind-numbingly dull, as all dorm rooms are, and students are somewhat limited in their decoration options. Students are housed according to 'school'--elementary on one floor, middle and high school students on the others.

While magical boys are roomed together they are not informed of this. As far as they're aware, their roommates are simply normal students.
