Unfortunately, this would conflict with our method of handling challenge reserves, as right now someone that didn't reserve in time can still submit an application if the original reserve hasn't been fulfilled before the last day of the app round. Having a 'received apps' page would be a potential solution to this problem, but it's not something I'm sure could be reliably kept up to date.

However, I do understand your concerns. Since the application page is tracked by the mod journal, we could include an option that allows players to request that their application be screened as soon as it's submitted (likely with a note in the subject line). While there would still be a narrow window in which the application isn't screened, I feel that this could help cut down on the risk of plagiarism regardless. Does this seem like a fair compromise?
