How drastically different can the magical form be compared to the normal form? Like there are examples from magical girl shows of characters having hair change color and go from finger length to down to the ass so I was wondering if similar drastic changes were allowed here?

Specifically, I was wondering if the magical form could have a significantly different bone structure and body type than the normal form and the like?
